Fulfillment Policy

This document outlines how we deliver the services included in our Business Model & Blitz-Scale Workshop and the 6-month Webinar Funnel Acceleration Program.

1. Overview of Services

We provide a hybrid done-with-you implementation and coaching program designed to help high-ticket B2B companies build and scale a webinar-based lead generation funnel.

2. Delivery Timeline & Onboarding Process

Delivery Timeline

Once the client has signed the contract and completed payment, onboarding begins within 48 hours.

Onboarding Steps

Initial Automated Email (Immediately)

You'll receive an email containing:

  • A link to book your onboarding call
  • An onboarding form to complete
  • Access to our eLearning platform
  • Access to your dedicated Google Drive folder

Onboarding Call (Within 48 hours)

During this call, we will:

  • Explain the next steps in detail
  • Schedule your first workshop calls (strategy and tech)

Communication & Updates

Dedicated WhatsApp Group

Each client receives a dedicated WhatsApp group for:

  • 24/7 direct communication with our team
  • Progress tracking and important updates
  • Quick answers to questions throughout the program

3. Fulfillment & Program Delivery

Blitz-Scale Workshops

Delivered in 5-10 workshops (1-2 hours each) over a 3-4 week period, scheduled based on client readiness. Recordings are provided automatically after each session.

Weekly Masterminds

Ongoing group coaching delivered 5x/week by domain-specific experts in strategy, tech, copywriting, and VA training.

Ongoing Support

WhatsApp support and access to coaches are active for 6 months from the program start date.

Program Access Duration

Coaching and eLearning access are available for 12 months, extendable for a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

To achieve results, clients must fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Attend all scheduled workshops and coaching calls
  • Complete required homework and pre-work
  • Communicate actively via WhatsApp
  • Invite a minimum of 15K prospects/month to webinars (or entire target market, if smaller)
  • Participate in a minimum of 2 strategy + 1 tech session monthly if not achieving results

Active participation is crucial to achieving the desired results. Our system works when properly implemented, and we're committed to supporting you every step of the way.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Pauses

Important Terms

Refunds

Not offered. This is a fixed 6-month commitment.

Cancellations

Not permitted under any condition.

Program Pauses

Allowed for major events (e.g. health, business change). Time is banked and can be resumed later. Payments must continue on schedule.

6. Access to Materials

  • eLearning content and templates are licensed to the enrolled executive and designated assistant(s) only
  • Unauthorized sharing, resale, or transfer is strictly prohibited
  • Access is available for 12 months from start (extendable)
  • If the optional 90-day delay is used, eLearning access begins immediately, but the 12-month window starts after 90 days or the first coaching participation

Extended Access

If you need access to materials beyond the initial 12-month period, extension options are available for an additional fee. Please contact us before your access expires to arrange an extension.

7. Third-Party Tools

Our system includes integration with several third-party platforms that are essential for optimal funnel performance:

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining access to required third-party tools (budget approx. €100-€500/month)

Required Platforms

We typically recommend platforms such as Expandi, GoHighLevel, and LinkedIn, depending on your specific needs

Liability Limitation

We act solely as independent advisors and assume no liability for third-party tool performance

8. Results & Guarantees

10X ROI Guarantee

If you do not generate at least 10x in your revenue within 6 months, we continue working with you until you do — provided participation and implementation requirements are met.

Results are not guaranteed if client engagement is insufficient or if external factors affect outcomes. Success requires consistent implementation and engagement with the program.

Factors That May Affect Results

  • Insufficient participation in coaching sessions
  • Failure to implement recommended strategies
  • Market conditions beyond our control
  • Client is unwilling to adjust their offering based on product market fit challenges
  • Client is unwilling to engage productively from constructive feedback.

9. Support Channels

We provide comprehensive support through multiple channels to ensure your success:

Direct access to our support team for immediate assistance and ongoing communication

Weekly Small-Group Coaching

Regular Google Meet sessions with domain experts for targeted support and guidance

Documentation Access

Session recordings, workshop materials, and ongoing review access

Client Success Manager

A dedicated manager may check in regularly to help track your progress, provide accountability, and ensure support systems are aligned with your goals

10. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Proprietary Content

All training content, templates, frameworks, and documents are proprietary to Alexander Gesell Holding OÜ

Usage Restrictions

Redistribution, resale, or transfer of access is not permitted

Important Notice

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of program materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
